Lenders use this funding to offer new loans to their Borrowers.

These Lenders provide personal/business loans, mortgages, revenue loans, invoice factoring, equipment financing, etc to Borrowers.

The investment fund analyzes:

• Lender’s loan portfolio balance, yield, terms, and delinquency rate
• Lender’s P&L and Balance Sheets
• Note: The Loan Portfolio balance must be over $1,000,000

The investment fund offers to the Lender:

• Loan of 70% to 90% of the loan portfolio value
• The loan portfolio is the collateral that secures the loan
• Revolving Credit: As the Lender uses and repays funding, it can constantly draw down more funding from the credit available.
• Loan size can be increased over time

The investment fund can deliver funding to the Lender within 3 weeks.

Our firm receives 3% Success Fee AFTER the Lender receives its funding.
